Fullscope went to Westminster! Shortlisted for an NHS Parliamentary Award for our co-created film about self-harm, Ask Me How I Am, in the mental health care category. We didn't win but it was great to be there with two of the young people who worked with us (and 👶!), and to celebrate together.

Young people told us they wanted more guidance when helping friends with mental health struggles. With funding from Cambridgeshire CC Public Health we brought together an amazing group of young people to co-create 'Help You, Help Them', alongside mental health experts helpyouhelpthem.org.uk
