The PS2 and Wii version of G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra is kinda low-rent, though I'm so damn spoiled by better looking Wii games. and then the PSP version's existence is an example of people not putting any effort into them at all... I double-check if this is emulation issue, but no.

Opinion: I find this an alright game as it is. Though given the pre-release hype, I understand how much of a letdown people feel when it came out. So here's a glitched version of the title screen, for giggles.

a slightly bugged version of Aliens: Colonial Marines title screen with weird red outline all over the scenery, a result from driver performance optimisation causing issue (in this case Intel integrated graphics.) with some of Direct3D 9 post-process shaders code.

subtle use of bloom in question: in fairness this is after I applied some post-process in ReShade, but also I didn't go for visual overhaul here so they're mildly colour graded at best.

screenshot of typical things to see in The Sims 3, house, Sim, etc. Now with the bloom cranked up to eleven.

Something to note, the game does not use any HDR rendering techniques prevalent in mid-to-late 2000s games, additionally, some textures get re-compressed with reduced 16-bit colour depth, causing noticeable banding on gradients.

I'm too down for proper writing session... Again. So here's the snips of what I cooked up so far.

A snippet of my story I called Minutes from Destiny

“You got it wrong there.” Oluf’s sarcastically correct the inspector. “A neo-Nazi walks into a gay bar, people don’t wonder why they die.” Oluf miffs and cracks a twisted joke on the spot. “Sir, you’re a potential suspect as of right now-” Liv was about to demand something but couldn’t finish it, feeling like she forgot something. Both look away from each other for a moment.

“Some neo-Nazi bastard got killed at gay bar, and the very first thing for y’all to do is ask some dumb witness if they shoot your victim!?” Oluf got upset, firmly denies his involvement. leaving Liv no time to resume and think straight. “Why in the hell I’m being questioned like my hand’s on the damn gun?” Oluf added, putting the case that led to him into question right as he exhausted his demeanour. The young man’s gut feeling of this investigation wasn’t done in good faith, felt too much of a stretch.

winter cleaning season for me. BTW I never dialed to any BBS boards in my life, there wasn't any here, and by the time I was born. Web 2.0 was gaining momentum. repost with graphic media tag, I don't think everybody want to see the content inside anyway
