@acm.org Thanks for a lot of fancy features in dl.acm.org . But, now the page load time is super long and export citation feature breaks if you click it too fast before the page is completely loaded. Will you consider a switch for selecting a light weight mode for digital library browsing?

The Anywhere-on-earth (AOE) timezone is confusing. I'm pretty sure the 11:59 pm has passed some where on earth, does it imply that "11:59 pm has been passed AOE"? Or will it pass when 11:59 is passed all over the earth? My intuition is that it should be modeled as a fuzzy number but just a hunch

I had forgotten how consuming it is to learn a new software framework/library. I don't know if it worth anything in the era of AI agents, but I can say, it never was just about the end product anyway :-)

The call for papers for the eBPF'26 workshop is open: ebpf.github.io/2026/cfp.html. This year, the workshop will be hosted by the SOSP conference, the top academic conference in OS research! The deadline for submissions is June 19th, in just over 4 months.
