Some longbow field arrows I made for a club colleague. 325-350grn weight with 70grn arrow points (by Tippingpoint Archery in Italy), shafts are spruce 30”, 35lb spine. I’m sure he won’t lose these!

Some tapered longbow arrows I made last week. 1st time using alcohol inks and spliced feather fletches. Port Orford Cedar shafts, TopHat 80grn points. 32lb spine, 365grn weight., 28.5” length. Point on target at 60yds. Don’t like the spliced fletches though.

A whistling longbow arrow; port orford cedar shaft, helical fletches, Bearpaw 250grn point and a cresting scheme loosely based on a rainbow eucalyptus; a tree I have spent a decade trying to grow from seed and last year I succeeded. Will loose it in a few weeks when I can shoot outside again!

Lemon and lemon flower on my lemon tree in London

Another different set I’ve made for 80yds and above. Cresting loosely inspired by the Scarlet Slippers these are made of Spruce, 28” long, 70 grain points and hand cut feathers. For my English Longbow. #arrows

Some arrows I’ve made recently. The cresting is inspired by a photo posted by @richardmortimer.bsky.social a little while back, with his kind permission. 28” long, with 125gr points, weigh 565-570 grains and have 4 hand coloured fletches. They are for use at targets 60yds and under. #arrows
