Due to extenuating circumstances, my time at @jaleopr.com is coming to an end. It's been a fantastic run with incredible colleagues. I'm currently in the market looking for a new job as a PR manager (5+ years experience), CM or even QA testing. I’d really appreciate a signal boost. 🙏

Real talk, i think that The Old Peace is on the same level if not better- infact, scratch that, in my humble opinion this quest has surpassed the Second Dream in terms of quality, story, music, level design. Honestly, the @warframe.com team have absolutely smashed it, holy shit

To be fair that was over the course of the entire day, just sipping with no mixers and drank water in between refills, so no headache 😂

the team at Nodding Head Games is working on just such a project: store.steampowered.com/app/4096880/... with their previous game based on the same theme being an absolute banger as well (Raji: an ancient epic). looking forward to seeing this project develop and thrive.

Watching indian devs bringing our culture to the forefront via games is honestly a breath of fresh air. theres not enough games that delve into indian myth/epics, and there are some interesting stories that are worth exploring, not just ancient egyptian/greek stuff for example.

they'll release it on console first and a year later on pc. they did that with gta 5, and milked tf out of it, prolly the same this time. people will buy it. the mp stuff tho no idea what they're guna do with that

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 25/07/2025

you're in for a trip. A couple other cage movies that i watched that were an absolute trip include "Mandy", "Willy's Wonderland" and "Pig". honorable mention to arcadian, the alien design was pretty cool.

Ultimately i make sure i carefully curate who i follow/what i see on all my social platforms and have labels for work related stuff vs personal interests which keeps my feed for the most part clean, but sometimes things do leak through, and it just makes me disappointed in the state of things.

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 23/07/2025

im not talking about the left or right parties here, im talking about the outright extremes on both scales that have the most outlandish views, opinions and ideas that they arent afraid to spread like wildfire and people jumping on that bandwagon of hate, which just keeps that whole cycle going.

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 23/07/2025

I understand that the algorithm for all these apps are also designed to keep people glued to the screen/app, so they dont help matters at all since they dont curate the content so long as people are consuming the product/app, which has directly contributed to these extreme videos/opinions/comments.

a global regression of humanity, civilization and society. It's become so common to see reels on instagram full of racist, sexist, homophobic, fascist and other types of hate speech being spoken like its part and parcel of normal everyday life it genuinely blows my mind.

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 23/07/2025

or that we're this comfortable giving people like that any sort of platform to continue to spew their vitriol openly across all channels for more people to watch/listen. all it does is spread that hatred further, influencing people who dont know how to think for themselves and perpetuating

For the most part i avoid social media despite ironically working in the industry that has SM front and center, but scrolling through the internet/yt etc, i dont know what i find more weird/scarier- the people that are openly proclaiming their pride on being fascists, wearing their hatred as a pin

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 19/07/2025

@de-scott.bsky.social the @soulframe.com demo showed off some seriously awesome progress. between the visuals of the level design, fluidity of the combat/switching between different weapons, and the music (holy shit the music), soulframe is looking really good. well done to the team honestly.

getting pressured by the dog street-gangs of new delhi was not on my bingo card this week. watching a pack of 13 strays walk up to me, barking and shit, then to see the oldest/pack leader walk up, take a sniff, and bark at the pack telling them to back off was funny AF.

Day 1928319823 of me getting frustrated with creators that dont put any sort of business email or any other point of contact for their brand/business, resulting in them getting passed over for potential opportunities. please for your sake, help me help you. it also keeps me sane.

V rising just got it's latest update. Honestly if you've never played V Rising before you should, it's an incredible game. if you dont want to do the PVP side as well you can just turn it off/make a co-op server with friends like i usually do.

honestly south of midnight is such a great game. the musical score, the visuals, gameplay, storytelling, everything has been really good.

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 18/04/2025

South of midnight is really cool. gorgeous visuals, great OST, fantastic gameplay mechanics. 100% recommend. if you got game pass, you can try it there, but that game is so bloody good i'd go out and say it's worth buying full price.

Hey @pabloalonso.bsky.social, im sure you've been asked this before and answered as well, but imma ask again anyway. What is the likelyhood of getting a faster way to reach the simulacrum instead of having to go through the dojos? 😅

Finished Split Fiction today. Holy shit this game is an absolute experience from start to finish. so many incredible, hilarious, fantastic moments jampacked into a 12 hour campaign. 100% recommend it. I had STOMACH CRAMPS from all the laughter.

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 13/03/2025

Split fiction is so bloody good. im currently halfway through with the playthrough, and it has been a barrel of laughs, incredible gameplay, phenomenal setpieces and SO MANY easter eggs. also, i promise i didnt know this would kill the bird LMAO

Finished the Monster Hunter WIlds campaign yesterday. Holy shit that was an absolute experience, what a fantastic game. So many QoL changes, and the focus system in itself is so good as well that resolves alot of the issues i had in the past as a KB/M user. HR time today \o/

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 24/02/2025

truly unfortunate news. I enjoyed dauntless for a fair bit of time and while it had it's own set of issues, there were many things that they did do well too.

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 13/02/2025

Im so fucking excited for Monster Hunter Wilds that i turned my titania prime in Warframe into a valstrax lol.

Gurjiv Jaitla || Frozenballz @frozenballz.bsky.social · 05/02/2025

Ran the MHW Benchmark earlier. This is without frame gen on, so I think im good for the game when it launches at the end of Feb. \o/
