In three fast-moving hours, a dozen Montana teachers explored ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, and SchoolAI, then began shaping those tools into classroom helpers. Teachers were left with prototypes at every stage of completion, from rough scaffolds to nearly ready assistants.
