froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 04/10/2026KONG: SKULL ISLAND is a great movie; for the most part. I was thoroughly entertained. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 15/09/2026TRANSFORMERS ONE (2024) is a great movie. Bravo 👏👏👏 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 20/07/2026NAKED GUN (2025) is terrible. Pamela Anderson is great. Liam Neeson shouldn't be 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 16/07/2026Guys, It took 9 movies, but I can confirm that the first 10 STAR TREK movies (not including the reboot trilogy because I actually loved the Chris Pine led version) bored the absolute crap out of me. NO NO NO - is it because I never saw the TV series? Why is it so popular? 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 08/07/2026Watching HAUNTED HONEYMOON (1986). I don't have much to say, yet. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 28/06/2026So far, part III, The Search For Spock, has been the best ... 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 23/06/2026I'm currently watching the Star Trek franchise. The plan is to get through all 10 of the original movies. Last night I watched the original Star Trek and tonight I'm watching Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. I really want to be a Trekkie 😜 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 14/06/2026I'm watching all of the TWILIGHT movies. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I can't believe these movies were actually a thing back in 2008-2012. Shameful. Full disclosure - I'm not sure I'll end up watching the last movie - BREAKING DAWN PART 2. I just don't think I have it in me. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 10/06/20269. She-Ra. She-Ra. She-Ra. That is all. 10. 3.5 out of 5⭐️s That is all. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 10/06/20266. Nicholas Galitzine is great. 7. Battle-Cat is under-utilized, a borderline afterthought. Very disappointing. 8. Also, missing from this movie, which might just be a sign of the times, is any-and-all character development. Completely devoid of any character building. Boo. 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 10/06/2026 ........ 4. Jared Leto is surprisingly great, yet I cant help wonder why he is needed. As a top-billed actor, they could have hired someone else for no money - we never saw his face, which would have meant more money to CGI perhaps? 5. That's reminds me - the CGI is elementary. 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 10/06/2026Let's talk about HE-MAN ... 1. Good movie, fun even. 2. Fight scenes were rad (should have been more fights honestly). 3. Teela (Camile Mendes) and Evi-Lyn (Alison Brie) were mis cast. Just all wrong. ....... 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 25/05/2026I did watch RISE next, and I loved it. James Franco in his prime - thank you very much. 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 25/05/2026Yo AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH is great!!! All of the films are great, but I have no idea who everyone is - there are so many characters. Make. It. Easier. 😜 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 21/05/2026I'm watching Disney's DINOSAUR (2000). It is basically THE LAND BEFORE TIME, but worse. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 18/05/2026FYI, Miranda, in AND JUST LIKE THAT has become the most insufferable character ever to grace my television screen. Such a disappointment because I loved her in SEX AND THE CITY. 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 30/04/2026RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES (2011) is a good movie. The CGI is dated, but otherwise, the movie is well entertaining. James Franco is always fun to watch, too 😜 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 16/04/2026Finally finished PLANET OF THE APES (2001) - the stand-alone film in the 10-movie franchise. Mark Wahlberg is fun to look at, but the rest of it is sorta camp. The story is fun but not elevated enough. Maybe I'll watch RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES (2011) next. 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 04/04/2026Finally watching SUPERMAN (2025) ..... So far, so good 😜 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 05/02/2026Currently watching BROTHERS GRIMM (2005). I'm slightly bored. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 21/01/2026I'm currently giving one of my college staples a re-watch ... can you guess which one? Dazed and Confused The Matrix True Romance Pink Floyds The Wall 😜 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 21/01/2026Watched CONGO (1995) last night. It's pretty much the worst movie I have ever seen. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 13/01/2026I just watched GIANT (1956). Tremendous movie. I can't believe how invested I was. Wow. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 11/01/2026I am watching Bruce Willis light up the screen in THE LAST BOY SCOUT (1991). It is such a typical 90's movie: full of action, witty rhetoric, and super-handsome leading men. Plot holes run rampant tho - throughout the entire movie. It is a super letdown. The End. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 10/01/2026I don't understand the end. Were they let go? Why? Had the war ended? Did I miss some foreshadowing from earlier in the film? WHAT IS GOING ON!?!!?!???!!! There is very little emotional dialogue, and the characters aren't distinguishable. It all seems so thoughtless ... ALL OF IT! 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 10/01/2026RED DAWN (1984) seems like a very unprofessional movie. Almost school project-like vibes. Also, the plot is an extremely unlikely scenario. I do believe, however, that with a little more attention to detail, the movie itself could have been great. 100
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 04/01/2026Last night, I watched BLUE LAGOON (1980). This movie would never have been made today. Just craziness. 000
froggerjaunt @froggerjaunt.bsky.social · 03/01/2026The best thing about THIS IS THE END (2013) - that terrible Seth Rogen movie - is the Backstreet Boys cameo in heaven. Lol. And when it ends. 🤪 010
