Einschränkungen im Schwabacher ÖPNV
Wegen personeller Engpässe entfallen ab Mittwoch, 7. Oktober 2026 bis auf Weiteres einige Fahrten im Stadtbusverkehr.
Die notwendigen Einschränkungen sind auf Zeiten außerhalb des Schulbusverkehrs begrenzt, konkret betrifft es nach derzeitigem Stand von Mittwoch bis Freitag dieser Woche jede zweite Fahrt der Linie 663 im Zeitraum 9 bis 11 Uhr. Diese Linie fährt ausfallbedingt im Stundentakt. (Ebenfalls entfällt die Fahrt 8:38 Stadtwerke - Bahnhof der Linie 667.)

Das On-Demand-Angebot Lotti verkehrt nicht an allen Tagen mit beiden Fahrzeugen. In diesen Zeiten stehen für Fahrgäste entsprechend weniger Kapazitäten für Fahrtbuchungen zur Verfügung.

Alle Details und die planmäßigen Fahrten finden Fahrgäste tagesaktuell in den Nahverkehrs-Apps (VGN, DB, NüMo) sowie unter www.vgn.de/verbindungen. Fahrgäste werden deshalb gebeten, sich vor Fahrtantritt über ihre Verbindung online zu informieren. Ausfallende Fahrten werden dort nicht mehr angezeigt.

Auch nächste Woche kommt es vermutlich tageweise zu Einschränkungen außerhalb des Schülerverkehrs. Sobald Näheres bekannt ist, werden wir die Informationen unter www.schwabach-mobil.de veröffentlichen.

12 meaty pork ribs
100ml hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp five-spice powder
in handwriting someone has added + garlic + chili

1) put the ribs in a large pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 mins. Meanwhile pour the hoisin sauce in a jug and stir in the soy sauce, honey, vinegar and five-spice (also the garlic and chili).
2) Drain the ribs very well, then brush with the glaze - if barbecuing, chill, cover and keep in the fridge for later.
3) Heat the grill to high, if using. Grill or barbecue for 15-20 mins, turning from time to time until shiny and slightly charred in places. Serve hot.

We just tried the Oreos in the top package... at first I thought it was going to be rice pudding flavour (just vaguely looking at that casserole dish and thinking the brown on top was cinnamon. But it is not. The flavour is matsutake and chicken broth. It is very strange. #fungi

Während der Unterrichtszeit ist die private Nutzung des Mobiltelefons und anderer elektronischer Datenträger weiterhin vollumfänglich verboten. Um Störungen und Ablenkung zu vermeiden, müssen die Smartphones im Flugmodus, lautlos gestellt und in der Schultasche verwahrt werden. In Prüfungssituationen muss das Smartphone explizit abgeschaltet sein, da sonst die Regelung der Schulordnung über Unterschleif angewendet werden kann. CO2 on yesterday's train ride on a German InterCityExpress. The train got rather empty toward the end.

The CO2 readings as a chart. The readings are taken 15 minutes apart.
The line starts near 600ppm and then shoots up to 1600ppm and hovers between roughly 1200ppm and 1600ppm for 2 hours until shooting up above 2000ppm before returning back down to 1600ppm and finally dipping below 1200ppm for the last 45 minutes of the train ride.

The squirrels come to our deck throughout the day and cool their furry little backsides in this planter. This one was rolling around on the cool moist dirt... squashing the young cilantro plants there.

Die Handlungsempfehlungen bei niedriger, mittlerer, hoher und sehr hoher UV-Strahlung. Für sehr hohe UV-Strahlung lautet sie: Extra-Schutz erforderlich – in den Mittagsstunden möglichst nicht draußen aufhalten! Tagsüber unbedingt Schatten aufsuchen! Schützende Kleidung, Hut, Sonnenbrille und Sonnenschutzmittel mit ausreichendem Schutzfaktor sind ein Muss!

Wofür genau hat die EU-Kommission BPA verboten?

Die EU-Kommission hat im Dezember 2024 ein Verbot von Bisphenol A in Lebensmittelkontaktmaterialien beschlossen. Die EU-Mitgliedsstaaten hatten den entsprechenden Vorschlag der EU-Kommission zuvor unterstützt. Demnach darf die Chemikalie nach Ablauf einer Übergangsfrist nicht mehr in Verpackungen und Konsumgütern verwendet werden, die mit Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommen. Der Übergang in Lebensmittel darf dann auch nicht mehr nachweisbar sein: Der bisherige Grenzwert, wie viel BPA maximal in Lebensmittel übergehen darf, wurde aufgehoben.

BPA darf zum Beispiel nicht mehr in der Beschichtung von Konservendosen, Druckfarben oder Klebstoffen für Lebensmittelverpackungen eingesetzt werden, aber auch nicht in wiederverwendbaren Getränkeflaschen aus Kunststoff oder anderen Küchenartikeln. Neben BPA sind zudem andere Bisphenole in Lebensmittelkontaktmaterialien verboten, die die Fortpflanzung schädigen oder das Hormonsystem beeinträchtigen können.
Ab wann darf kein BPA mehr verwendet werden?

Die EU-Verordnung tritt am 20. Januar 2025 in Kraft. Im Allgemeinen gilt dann eine Übergangsfrist von 18 Monaten. Das heißt, bis 20. Juli 2026 dürfen Lebensmittelverpackungen verkauft werden, die mit BPA hergestellt wurden. Danach ist es erlaubt, sie noch 12 Monate lang mit Kokosmilch, Suppen und Co zu befüllen.

Readings from an Aranet4. The readings start outdoors with levels just above 400ppm. Then they go up to between 500 and 600ppm until I go to the bathroom where they spike at 823ppm. Afterwards we see outdoor levels again until we board public transport where CO2 goes up again.

a small (10cm) dark brown and gold packet with a notch for tearing it open. It has various Chinese characters on it and in Roman letters the words Qingxiang Guanyinwang.

We live near a green space that also functions as a flood plain for a river. And when the snow melts and the Spring rain comes that area also floods a little... The plants that grow there can tolerate having waterlogged roots.
