Ontario was named after the Lake. It's from an Indigenous Huron term, oniatarí:io, associated with “lake of shining waters.” We get so many Michigan cars here that when we see the plates, we say "There goes Mich-again." They're like honorary Ontarians.

A buddy of mine has CP and plays with a keyboard on the floor and on the desk so he can use his feet. We'd play Destiny, and he often got to the lighthouse, and dudes would be so mad in trials, telling him he's cheating - they had no idea he did it with his feet. They'd be so mad if they knew, lol.

For anyone listening today on Spotify. I have been working with Spotify. They apologize that the episode got distorted when it was ingested from the Podcast host. The file was re-uploaded and so re-ingested. Audio is back to where it was intended all along. Spotify purged the CDNs all fixed!

It play... its experimenting. Pure creativity. I took two bell sounds and blended them to play at once. different tones. then I set the one sound to travel from the left ear to the right and the other sound the opposite right here to left. I have THX speakers and listenings offered a sensation too.

Re-reading my post it may come across as "oh look me, I'm writing a book!" But it's not meant that way. It wasn't till 2020 that I even wrote a short story, and I'm just in awe that something I thought I'd never complete was possible. And it's not half bad. I'm just celebrating even TRYING.

Another 4 chapters copyedited. Only a little over 100 pages till page 504, down from over 700. It's a helluva feeling to get a cohesive story plot to carry through believable characters in a solid world. It's all coming together so intentionally. It's a new joy I haven't had the pleasure of.
