My father (retired GP) has pointed out to me that I have technically had calf pain on and off for months and that as such I've probably had DVT for awhile. This makes my recent trek to Adelaide all the more bonkers.

Also one of the very few creature comforts I put into my budget as a poor bloke on welfare is fancy bar soap. Showering is hell for my executive dysfunction, so a fancy nice smelling soap is a good incentive for me to do it on bad days. Makes it feel more ~luxurious~

Crazy to me that travel is considered a privilege, and that so many consider that poor and/or disabled people don't deserve that experience. Not asking for a luxury trip to Japan or anything, but the fact I had to scrimp and save for a three day trip interstate is nuts.
