Or what was easiest for me was opening the developer console with alt+` and typing "displayfpsfull", that makes the lobby screen display correctly without too much hassle. It's not ideal but other than that in game I have no issues at all!

The vulkan changes - if I understood it correctly - could mean the end of the Bolt launcher if Jagex decides to stop using OpenGL. There's some jankiness I have with the regular Jagex Launcher too but primarily in the lobby, so if you black screen on the lobby make sure to right click to see things

I usually prefer the Bolt launcher but on Nvidia + Wayland there's some significant performance issues with RS3 at the moment, there is a workaround for it which I can help you with. Currently I primarily use the regular Jagex Launcher for RS3: github.com/nmlynch94/co...
