Depends on the place. There's sites dedicated to such targeting. You only need 365 stories to upset people every day in a year. With large enough sample sizes (in many cases the West, 1 billion people) you'd never run out of random stories to use. Happens to trans people, all minorities. Any group.

I don't understand what they're going to get out of it. Generating a stream is going to be impossible if it's complex (fast chats on screen etc) and pointless due to there being no market. Especially not one who would ever pay. The data doesn't even seem useful.
