Did you know? 💀☕ Shoumei, a style of aged white tea, has very little caffeine: a lovely evening sipper for most folk! I personally like to brew this bad boy (IX. For the Tomb - 2008 vintage) for half an hour or longer and drink it in the evenings. Cozy, full-bodied, no bitterness and very complex!
