“Oney is gone? Well, here’s your *consolation* prize”

freezingclimber.bsky.social @freezingclimber.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

The fact that this was more than a decade ago would have been one thing… but saying in 2023, 3 years ago, that “we both had feelings for each other” while claiming that “you’re not immature anymore”? Ew. No. Oney clearly didn’t mature much. He just wanted to deflect and ignore his mistakes.

I know it’s not the main point of contention but the last thing I want is an Nsane style remaster of Banjo or Tooie. But back to the main point, THIS IS A BAD THING. ENOUGH OF THIS IP TALK. PEOPLE ARE LOSING THEIR JOBS REGARDLESS OF HOW GOOD OR FULL OF POTENTIAL YOUR BANJO GAME WILL BE.

Mario Kart World. People call it the worst or “a disappointment” and try to compare it to 8 deluxe too much. Instead of appreciating the good that it has, the flaws are front and center when most talk about it and the discourse around how bat it is ends up being so aggravating.

I want to genuinely know this. Like genuinely curious. Is anyone excited for the "Next Time on Death Battle" this go-around? I'm part of a server discussing death battle and this is how i described it to them. (i still have hopes that the episode will be good tho probably!)

it's like you took the stereotypically sweatiest greasiest least decorum powerscaler's comments on tiktok and youtube shorts and blended them into a broth that you licked up. THAT'S the level of slop this is on
like if every "sure. but goku solos" comment was distilled into an essence

Man. Another one of these comments. It’s always either “I just don’t get it” and “This video aged badly”. Like cool thanks what a witty comment that clearly doesn’t get my video and ages worse with fan backlash to stuff that Nintendo does directly opposing EmpLemon’s point from so many years ago.

I love how people don’t really care about the ultimate animator. The kid who made multiple mindbreak videos that either force you into despair or into servitude and inarguably knocked the biggest despair domino in danganronpa lore as a result. (At least this is my 95%-sure theory)

That new Nintendo game that got announced about the alien travelling in space and eating all of their enemies to gain their powers looks good. And the lady in it looks really cool design-wise

Man, I really like how the OOT remake looks like. It does give a bit of “Nintendo, hire this man” energy but as the game demo went on I found myself enthralled by how it looked. Things like the details to link’s hat or even kokiri forest in general looks fantastic to me

I’m thinking about making a video on “office games”, short games that you play while you’re at work or school. Things like Wordle or Catfishing dot net or even the Google browser games/infinite running Dino one. I’m covering a lot. Here’s a list. Do y’all have any particular favorites?

I made some avatar sets for my next video. While they have nothing to do with either of these topics, the first three are based on Deltarune Chapter 5 while the last one is based on Nice Nature Umamusume because I think she's rad.

Got recommended a video from someone I thought left the internet a while ago, only to find that they’re still as awful as always. At least I think so, because I only made it 10 seconds into the video, recognized the voice and noped out of there. I’m sure as heck not going back to find out lol

I feel so bad for anyone who is a legitimate fan of this franchise and having to re-remind yourself of how much of a AAA circlejerk this game is, pushing forward terrible practices and standards while being leaked online and using THIS as a marketing strategy for the military.

I was gonna say “what the heck am I gonna do in splatoon raiders” but like, what if I just swam around collecting stuff that the mechanic couldn’t get? That could be neat. Then again the lava and ice areas might be tough. Guess I’ll stay shipwrecked with Deep Cut lol

I’m holding out hope for the Bluey movie being good. Seems like a safe bet. But I do hope the fact that it’s 3D instead of 2D means that Chris Bennett was somehow involved in the animation. He’s a lead animator for Bluey but he also animated super smosh of all things so it would be neat to see.

I love these indie games that look like they were all made in “Game Studio, Seattle”. The type of games Alex Yiik would make if he was around today and realized that coding was too hard to do and instead of getting inspired by SNES RPGs, he was inspired by quantumdream

Well. I did not like that EDP documentary. It’s one of my least favorite YouTube videos in recent memory. It’s a weirdly directed lolcow movie with some parts that were utterly baffling to see acted out. It feels like mamamax in the style of a lifetime original movie, is what I’m saying

Pokemon Heart Gold Soul Silver. I have tried 4 separate times to play the game and even make it to the end of the FIRST half but no matter what I do, I find that, while the game is of good quality, it just isn’t for me. One day I might try for 5 but I doubt it.

It’s crazy how the best *official* “trans sports” episode in animation is in the King of the Hill reboot and how Disney had two separate chances to take that place but cancelled both the “Win or Lose” and the “Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur” episodes focused on the topic
