I am notorious for missing things when there's a lot of detail, it's why I like older games or games with simple artstyle, but holy hell that's a lot of detail in the Ocarina Of Time remake. I'm obsessed

For me I love both. But sketches usually feel like they have more love put into it. You can see the strokes, the ideas, the process. While (not negative) a finished piece is detailed, rendered, amazing to look at but ironically we see less of the artist because of the skill
