So the latest phase of unfolding horror in Cuba is failing ancient transformers due to the instability in the electric supply. A transformer can supply up to 100 houses. People are being told it will take at least 4 weeks to replace them if you believe that, nobody does.

It's unknown when the transformer will be installed 😭, they say there are more than 15 transformers burned out in Matanzas
