Canton Police and Fire were dispatched to 32 Fairview Rd, not 34, for reports of a man unconscious in the snow. These are the first responders who attended to John and testified about it at trial.

John's body was located at 34 Fairview Road, in the early morning hours before sunrise. EMT's assessed there was recovery viability and started working on John in earnest.
