I’m getting so increasingly frustrated with the lack of appropriate resources for teaching skills to teens and young adolescents without patronizing them that I’m seriously abt to start a ten year plan to make age appropriate games and tools for therapists my god

Blood Clerics 🩸 #curseofstrahd

two characters in reddish and purple hues stand together. the taller character has pointed ears and darker skin, and offers an armored hand to a lady with jewelry adorning her dress. her hair is grey and flows openly. the armored man holds a staff against a red background with some kind of sun or halo behind them

guess i'm crying about fiction and fanfiction at 5pm on a monday. no, not any particular story, but how it's all of us saying hey, this is what it feels like

screenshot of a tumblr post of a photo of a book post by vexheart book says "borders and divides. There are large, glamorous industries around stories; the book industry, the movie industry, the television industry, the theatre industry. But in the end, stories are about one person saying to another: This is the way it feels to me. Can you understand what I'm say-ing? Does it also feel this way to you?" author - Kazuo Ishiguro, My Twentieth Century Evening and Other Small Breakthroughs

quick and dirty yuristrahd sketches. the vibes are short person holding gigantic dog and cat pushing away kisses with both paws and hissing { #curseofstrahd #finocs #uriellarethian #finsketches }

my oc uriel holding strahd von zarovich in his arms. uriel is a 4’10 elf with albinism wearing armor. strahd is a much taller vampire man and clutches his cape close to his chest.

strahd von zarovich, a tall vampire, holding my elf cleric uriel off the ground. uriels feet are dangling by quite a bit and hes pushing strahds face away with both hands

Why the fuck do conventions keep doing this

A diagram of a wrestling ring at convention right nextto artist alley. The wrestling ring is extremely loud and the wall in betweenit and the artist alley does nothing to reduce the noise. All the Autistic people are having a terrible time

MAYBE I’M A FOOL #persona5

A digital painting of Goro Akechi and Ren Amamiya from Persona 5. The illustration depicts the two of them from afar as they embrace in a laundromat, about to kiss. Akechi is grabbing Ren’s coat, expression frustrated, and Ren is leaning in, smiling with his hands in his pockets. Outside, a bike is parked. The lighting is artificial and the illustration is mostly made up of blues, greens, and blacks.

Ive gotta start collecting games and toys for my office but its HARD because i share it with another guy who doesnt see kids and its kinda hard to justify bringing in a sandbox or big boxes of art supplies or s/t when it will only get used by me and likely be a major distraction for his clients 🫥

Someone mentioned that they use the episode of hey Arnold where Helga sees a psychologist to explain what they do as a therapist to kids and I didn’t remember that episode at all! Watched it and cried because it hit home even between the silliness. Happy Tuesday
