NFC x Patrick Amadon - Glitch Art Exhibition
NFC and Patrick Amadon are excited to announce a call for submissions for an upcoming Glitch art exhibition. This exhibition showcases a unique and innovative approach to art-making that celebrates the beauty of technological errors and glitches. Glitch Art is a relatively new art form that has emerged in the digital age, where artists intentionally manipulate and corrupt digital media to create intriguing and unexpected outcomes. In this exhibition, you will explore the diverse techniques and styles used by Glitch Art practitioners, from pixel sorting and data bending to circuit bending and software hacking. Through these techniques, artists push the boundaries of digital art, challenging our perceptions of technology, creativity, and beauty. Glitch Art is not just about creating aesthetically pleasing images; it also raises important questions about our relationship with technology and its impact on our lives. By deliberately breaking digital devices and systems, Glitch Art exposes the fragility of technology and highlights the human hand behind it. Whether you are an avid fan of digital art or a newcomer to the world of Glitch Art, this exhibition promises to be a thought-provoking and visually stunning experience. So come and immerse yourself in the world of Glitch Art and explore the fascinating intersection of art and technology. Selected photographers will have their work featured in a physical gallery, and receive exposure across NFC social media platforms.
