Trying out @pinksky.app So far it's smartly made. No new account to make. Works using your bluesky account. And you can make stories like IG. #pinkskyPost

I've been thinking how to respond to this news but I realized I gave my thoughts a month ago. I encourage any present and future showrunners to not let themselves be bullied by management cowardness. Make your shows as LGBTQ as possible that you cannot just shrug it away. The youth depends on it.

I'm planning to do a more comprehensive post on my opinions on footwear in drawing. Less of a tutorial and more of a commentary. I'll post it here when it's done. (5/5)

We can add a skinwrap modifier. Select the shoe as the target. And there you go! A little rough but we have a great reference we can pose in any lens! You can do the same for any side. Bonus! Here is a tutorial by the great @taco1704 tackling this idea in drawing with a common shaped shoe. (4/5)

An useful trick is dividing the shape into sections. If you can draw a grid in perspective, you can draw the complicated shape within it. Lets wrap a grid onto this shoes. You can easily make a plane with a grid like texture by simply adding a new material and add a brick texture. (3/5)

There is an abundance of 3d models you can download from the internet. A good place is Sketchfab. I wanted to build a reference for specifically a widetoebox type of shoe. So I downloaded this 3d model of a Vivobarefoot shoe. (2/5)

Quick #drawingtip! Let's say you want to draw a complicated shape in perspective, like a shoe! Maybe it is a widetoebox shoe which has way less references online than a standard shoe. Something we can do is have our own reference using very minimal Blender knowledge with free 3d objects. (1/5)

You didnt like that part of Return of the King where Aragorn said, "we must march to Mordor and make a diversion to save Frodo at once. But first, I must shampoo and blowdry my hair" ?

War of the Rohirrim was fun! Worth a watch in theaters. Specially fun right after a Lotr marathon.

Almost done learning the first group of kanji of sixty levels in this app. That's like 18 kanji, 18 vocabulary and a bunch of radicals. And every level has like 100 things to memorize if you take into account spelling, pronunciation and meaning. There's so much kanji! :0

Got a new phone and I promised myself that I would retake learning Japanese once I got a new one. Besides Duolingo (and you don't need to reply if you don't like it), what apps/sites do yall recommend for learning? I also have Tufugu's WaniKani for kanji.

Either way, I'm not planning to use the app aggressively any time soon. But if mutuals, who I haven’t shown already, want to see some of the stuff I have been working on… oh wait, there is no DMs here… well just DM me wherever.
