Democrats need to fight fire with fire. On principle I despise gerrymandering, but it's the only way to move toward fairness. Gerrymander every state we can to the fullest extent. And make it clear that this is a RESPONSE to the GOP's cheating and they will pass fair districting laws anytime

If Democrats have control of the House, impeaching Trump is basically the only thing they CAN accomplish. Even in the most optimistic projections would have them with barely a majority in the Senate. Nothing of substance will get passed except maybe one or two reconciliation bills.

To the Republicans complaining about Virginia here is the fix: A Constitutional Amendment that: 1. requiring non-partisan commissions to draw all Congressional Districts 2. Increase the number of seats in Congress so that no one represents more than 200k people. 3. Abolishes the Electoral College.

If there was one smart thing Trump did since coming down that escalator in 2015, it was basically disappearing from the public eye for most of the 2021 so that Biden and other centrists could feel good about the decision to not immediately arrest him. I am a teacher and the clearest sign that we as a country do not value education is that I started in 2006 making $35k. A teacher starting today at that same school makes $42k. Adjusted for inflation that's $15k less than what I made.
