Concept art for Raphael. He won't feature much but I want every name character to look like they could be a protagonist #mythoi #myart #traditionalart #webcomic #smallartist #mythology #mythologyart #archangel #angels #demons #heaven #hell #characterdesign #conceptart

Not the proudest of how #heaven looks, heavy inspiration from #p.craigrussell. I will define it better later on. The #art lost a lot of quality when scanned, the angel rushing towards michael is the #archangelgabriel, naked, like all angels in heaven. #traditionalart #webcomic #mythology #MYTHOI

Page 2: I really tried to give a sense of scale. There are so many souls in #hell, it looks like it just can't fit any more, but they just keep coming. his descent delicate and grand to contrast to a later character's fall #traditionalart #webcomic #mythology #mythologycomic #angels #MYTHOI

Wanted to yap about my pages real quick. In page 1, the #archangel Michael arrives at the dark forest from #dantesinferno before #Hell. I wanted to try shading like Mike Mignola. Results vary, but it makes the scenery dark and weird. #traditionalart #webcomic #mythology #mythologycomic #MYTHOI

My take in the goddess Hel, from Norse myth. Still not sure on her role but as Loki's daughter she will play a part. As a bonus for you guys, Mjolnir #art #traditionalart #traditionalartist #norsemythology #smallartist #mjolnir #norsepaganism #myth #mythart

Very rough sketch of a Fur- oops, a Kind Lady from my mythology comic. In my world they have long moved to Hell since Hades has been getting less souls, less people willing to call for divine vengeance on the living or souls in need of punishing. #art #traditionalart #mythology #myth #greekmythology

Can't believe I never posted old Lucy here. You know, Prince of Lies, Satan, Old Scratch. The devil. I like his design but feels over designed with too many stuff not serving a function. need of advice by other artists plz #mythology #traditionalart #artist #art #demonology #angel #religion #comic

It's a bad trait of mine that I keep on reworking pages of my comic instead of just going forward and actually do the story but I fucking cooked with this one. Insane paneling if you allow the self glaze #odin #norsemythology #norsepaganism #traditionalart #art #comic #manga #myth #mythology

I love max but he should be kept out of the kitchen for marvel related rosters. He says this is what he expects but it's just "popular characters" with two marvel rivals odd picks added. After the rivals roster I can't see the new roster being like this. Where's the sauce???

Super excited for this @agramuglia.bsky.social stream. Pet peeve but most roster building videos never consider echo fighters like smash or premier skins like injustice. it's unfair miles, x23 or other legacy characters are shafted bc they would be too similar to Peter or Logan who have to be in

I never did explain the plot of my comic: Chief gods of multiple pantheons meet and they conclude that they literally cannot coexist. Shit's always too messy. So there will be a tournament. The winner will have reality rewritten so their pantheon was always the only true one. It's very silly but...

So uh... Cute, but kind of uncanny? The voice suits teenage Chopper way more than the dub (even if the sub suits his anime design). I'll need to see more of it in action. Actually proud they didn't go for a more mascot look like later manga, but I do miss chubby early chopper

I hate everything about the doctor doom casting in these new marvel movies. The information we have is vague enough to theorycraft a lot of ways this plays out but all of them just feel like...shit

"bro I love you but don't you think it's kind of fucked that you condemned a young girl to hell 10000 years ago because she wouldn't marry you?" "...no?" I love this interaction, dream had the emotional intelligence of a potato. A potato more powerful than gods and a very fragile ego

Their casting hasn't been announced yet i think so I'm basically drowning in copium until this damn show comes out This would have been before Neil was revealed as a monster so they would still be eager to work with him. They were both in the audiobook after all #sandman #netflix #goodomens

The Three from the #sandman piss me tf off. They're the fates, gray sisters,furies,norns,3 wives of Adam, maiden-mother-crone, all mythological female trios. And called Hecatae bc they are 3 who act as 1. How can I compete with this? I can't include any of these in my #mythology comic now. Fuck.

Just found this concept art of #thor. Thor doesn't have a final design yet but it will probably resemble this a lot. I will mostly just simplify the design like the iron gloves, make the belt cover the whole belly and some other minor tweaks #norse #norsemythology #art #traditionalart #mythology

It does look overall nice tho. Lucifer is stunning, the garden of destiny is marvelous. The endless are amazingly cast (except Despair, she's too pretty). But a lot of the gods have kind of samey dark outfits? That's a bother. Also why tf is Thor fighting Choronzon

The trailer for #netflix #Sandman S2 came and... Ignoring the author being a rapist... this being the final season means they will rush it and ruin the story of my fav comic, everything's too black... But at the corner of a single frame I see my GOAT shivering Jemmy. And everything is fine again
