I couldn't pass up an opportunity to take another Spanish Web class at Above Ground Aerial. I was able to work on "Jump Rope" as well as my spin tolerance.🙂

Last spring, I tried a Spanish Web class at Above Ground Aerials and found I couldn't continue past the initial class since I was recovering from an over-stetched shoulder. With my shoulder healed, I tried again a few weeks ago and was much happier with the results.

I came across a spider performing some maintenance on its web while I was out for a walk during my lunch break today. I found it fascinating to watch. #spider #spiderweb #web #webmaintenance #spidersatwork

Considering I took this picture of a hawk taking flight from over 75 feet away using my phone's camera, I'm rather happy with how it came out. #hawk #hawktakingflight #hawktakingoff #bird #birdtakingflight #birdtakingoff

Emerged Cicada contemplates its past. I walked outside one night and came across a cicada while it was molting. The cicada walked around in a circle and stopped when it faced its old exoskeleton, seemingly contemplating its own past.

With all that's going on, has everyone in the U.S. remembered that taxes - or an extension - need to be filed by Tuesday (mid)night?

This sequence from Tuesday night's Intermediate Lyra class that was as much a mind-bender as it was a body-twister. I honestly had no idea if I was going to get that reverse-roll. #aerial #aerialhoop #aerialsequence #lyra #lyrahoop #lyrasequence #abovegroundaerial

A friend who was involved with Atlanta protests in 2023 has urged caution if and when attending protests. She described police using blitzkrieg tactics to catch protesters off guard. If you do attend a protest, please be careful and be ready to catch anything and everything on video/bodycams.

Today is the International Holocaust Rememberance Day. It's more important than ever to remember what happened. One of most poignant remembrances I've seen is from Jenne Vermes, whose grandparents survived the concentration camps of World War II: youtube.com/watch?v=jSVG...

This is one of my favorite sunset pictures. I was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time. The only adjustment I made to this photo was to slightly bump up the contrast to reduce the glare on the pavement in the foreground. #sunset #clouds
