Yep, it wouldn't be a great start. That said, this was built as a 15 man squad and purposely made the bench stronger than needed I doubt my team would have changed much if I had Bruno in as well. Virgil would be a cheaper player for sure, so would a few defenders to skim enough for upgrading MGW

First proper GW1 draft Bruno gets HUL and IPS before a possible move to Saka around GW4. Gvardiol is basically a 3 week rental while I work out the Arsenal defence Roefs/Kinsky rotate well enough, Ballard/Canvot give me good DEFCON routes, and I’m fairly settled on the front three No bench boost

I might have just realised this game is about position averages, and going with a formation using three CBs at the back is best given how few highly rated options there are at LB/RB which drags down the Defence Average The aim of the game is to get the highest overall average for each position tier
