1st week of IB and finished 2 series that I highly recommend. Colin From Accounts: laugh out loud funny with heart and brilliant characters Paradise: not sure what it is, it doesn’t feel new but it does everything so well. Once you start you won’t be able to finish. Can’t wait for S3.

Half time of the first set of international games and there’s already 3 injuries (2 PL Brobbey and Havertz). The thing is you can’t just stop international breaks but the way it’s going no one is going to end up wanting to play. Not sure there is a solution to it with the current football schedule?

This was harder than making my GW1 team. BB, The Wire, Mr Inbetween, Boardwalk Empire, Mindhunter all so close and can imagine there’s more I’ve forgotten. Likes of Severance, Silo and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms could all make it when complete.

I’m not annoyed at those who had Groß first bench(or even started) instead of forcing a transfer of JP, it’s exactly the way FPL has changed in that you should play the form players instead of the fixtures. Groß the 26/27 Bruno, I’m going to have to bite the bullet and bring him in.

Last opinion on JP for 3 weeks but my view is that he’s had a knock(which he has history of)&they see this as a good opportunity to rest whilst they’ve got steady cover in Welbeck and gets a nice break instead of wasting time with friendlies. I’d be surprised if he’s not ready GW6(same for James).

To be fair Alonso is the guy who failed to say Palestra was injured GW1 and has given the same update every week since(is he real?) No need to stress about JP, if you sell and he’s fit you’ll be fretting to get him back. So start and have a playing back up and look forward to the 3 week break.

Ironically the failure of FH4(& success of my original team) has made me rethink WC6. If I can roll this week I have 3 FTs which I can use to go Wirtz, Ndiaye/Semenyo and NOR to Odegaard, Konsa and Rogers. Any changes outside of that would just be luxury moves. Anyone looked at potential later WCs?

Despite my original team comfortably out scoring my FH team(20+), I’m not too annoyed. My original team had 6 from Utd vs City which I correctly predicted was going to be low scoring &only 1 Liverpool/Brighton/Chelsea who were heavy favourites. All it does it emphasise my hatred for double chips.
