Transferred in Van de Ven to replace Robinson, avoiding Man City. Not so keen on Rice, but he was a bit better last week. Need to free up some budget for a legit keeper. Perhaps that means a Saka swap down the line. Van de Veni, Vidi, Vici? OR 2.4 entering the week.

GW6 went as well as possible. Top 500k weekly score, even without Palmer. Muric wasn’t a disaster, and both Villans found the net. Watkins was the right pick for the armband. Soucek and Gvardiol restored my faith, and both Cottagers were dominant and clean. Up ~2.5M spots. This is why we play!

GW6 lineup: What do I know? I’m just an ignorant seppo. Anyway, realizing this is a popular WC week, I’m going the other way and holding. Hopefully Rogers and Watkins produce lots of saves for Muric. Picked up Andersen before the transfers. Hopefully the Cottagers can come up clean. Good luck!

The late decision to grab Watkins worked out. Very nice to see goal involvements from Rogers. But Guardiol hasn’t done a thing yet, and the ‘too cute’ Muric transfer in worked about as poorly as expected. OR down almost to 4.9M. Nowhere to go but up?

I’d be more upset about Rice’s booking if it weren’t so hilarious. Perhaps home against the Toffees will be the time for Rogers to post a large tally. Paying for stars has paid off so far.
