The Salah goal was a 12-point swing to Slot. And then the Tarkowski goal was a 12-point swing back to Moyes.

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 12/02/2025

If this is still 1-1 going into injury time… A Liverpool winner would be a 12-point swing from Moyes to Slot owners An Everton winner would be a 12-point swing from Slot to Moyes owners

Yes I did wonder that too. Got to think, actually, that if contestants did discuss it they would be likely to cut it in the edit as it makes the format look bad.

Finished watching #Traitors S3. In the early stages, and pretty much all the way through, the last contestants to arrive at breakfast are always faithfuls because of the way the show is edited for dramatic effect. Why don’t any of the contestants pick up on this or suggest it?

It’s possible I’m the only FPL player in the world planning to transfer Konsa to Ait Nouri this week.

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 15/01/2025

Feels like a missed opportunity now! 🤣

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 15/01/2025

I hope the DGW bench boost outscores the 25 points this would have got me!

100

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 15/01/2025

Would’ve been 25 points 😔😔😔

Yeah that’s one of the main things putting me off it. Although, it’s quite hard to find high ceiling situations for bench boost

000

DGWs aren’t going to be as big this season than previous years because of the FA Cup changes. There’s not likely to be one where it will be possible to have more than 11 doublers.

000

Part of the reason I want to Bench Boost is I want to play Semenyo! Think it’s an opportunity when he may be playing OOP up front, and Chelsea aren’t exactly great defensively. Flekken could rack up saves in that fixture, or I could even use a transfer to move him (eg to Henderson).

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 10/01/2025

Very slight temptation to Bench Boost this. Would anyone else go for it?

This lad is also permanently alert for biscuits! He’s called Regan and he’s a lurcher (greyhound x bull terrier). #dogsoffpl

Spurs vs Newcastle would be a great Carabao Cup Final for neutrals. Both clubs yearning for a trophy. 🤞

This was a fun quiz to research and put James & the Planet FPL community to the test!

Hall off the bench for Andersen, about time I had some bench jam.

I have 2FTs and I want to move Cunha to Watkins. I need to raise 1.4 to do that. What move do you suggest? Options I’m considering: 1️⃣ Havertz to Wissa, Pedro or Raul – probably the safest option 🛡️ 2️⃣ Trent to Timber or Munoz – take the 15 points and run 🏃 3️⃣ Palmer to Diaz or Jota – maverick move 😎

For anyone who needs a Bruno Fernandes replacement, I recommend reading the abundance of content from the last few days on suggested Saka replacements.

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 22/12/2024

100k is absolutely doable from the rank you are now! Could look very different with just a couple of good weeks.

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 21/12/2024

I don’t think xA works in quite the same way. It’s connected to the quality of the chance you create. So if you swing in a great corner that creates a 0.2xG headed chance, then that was also 0.2xA. But if your corner doesn’t beat the first man it’s 0xA.

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

Was that a pandemic gameweek? So 2019/29?

100

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

This was my #FPL team on probably the most infamous gameweek of all time. Anyone else got a screenshot of theirs?

230

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

Some very interesting benching decisions there! I’d be tempted to play Rogers over Evanilson and Milenkovic over Kerkez. Both very close calls though and I understand going the other way!

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 18/12/2024

I had completely forgotten that Liverpool signed Enrico Chiesa.

040

I will have Salah, Palmer and Saka as well as having Isak and Havertz! 😀

100

Jackson a fine move! Although you know he's getting that YC as soon as you bring him in 😂 I have up to 7.9 to spend on a forward this GW. It's Havertz or Solanke I think. I thought Havertz the better option with this run of great fixs, but concerned that he didn't start in a strong XI last night 🤔

100

I wouldn't transfer Cunha out ahead of that fixture, especially when he plays Leicester the next week as well. Who are your other forwards?

100

What happens if your manager gets sacked while you have the Assistant Manager chip activated?

520

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 10/12/2024

Seems a good use of my 3FTs. Exact funds, likely moving today. Flip Salah to Haaland in GW19.

000

Anyone else captain Watkins and still get a green arrow?

140

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 09/12/2024

He's my preferred option – just wish there was an indication of when he'll be back. If there's even a chance he's back on the bench by GW17 I'd be going for him.

100

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 09/12/2024

He would definitely be the one if fit. But his injury status seems a complete mystery at the moment?

100

FPL_Odyssey @fplodyssey.bsky.social · 09/12/2024

Who is currently the best defensive FPL asset at 4.2 or lower? Asking for a friend…

630

Wissa is 3rd, Diaz is 6th. The other two are not there.

100

Yes, club only. And yes, Duran would be in second place ahead of Haaland if he were eligible. He has 8 goals in 687 mins (85.9 mins per goal)

000

Clarification – players who have played a minimum 800 minutes in all competitions.

000

I forgot to add in the original post that it's for players with a minimum of 800 minutes played in all comps! (And on that basis, Wilson is not there of course)

100

Correct with both ✅ ✅ Nkunku 1st, Diaz is 6th
