Oh yes, I know that too well. if it ain't broke, don't fix it. When it gets broken, try to fix it and make it worse!

Is that because you had a good start you haven't had to use a transfer yet? In my best season I found I rarely had to use a transfer most weeks.

Taking gross out on wildcard was a dumb move for me.

Bruno should have a got a yellow, Foden's reaction was a red. The only part of that incident the ref got wrong was not booking Bruno. VAR cant intervene for a yellow not given.🤷

True, maybe go Vuskovic to stick with the Brighton/Leeds rotation.

#FPL On wildcard/Free Hit this week (most likely wildcard) Current team, 0.9 itb, not sure what to change other than Slater up to Gomez (BHA) or Sangare (BRE), they will be 2nd/3rd on the bench each week though. Feel like saving the money for future transfers is better? Any suggestions?

To get the price changes, it doesn’t matter if you have it active or not. To be a part of causing the price changes, I believe you are not supposed to have the wildcard active until the morning of the first game day. Not 100%, I think I heard transfers by people with a wildcard active don’t count.

Think I'm TC this week, saving wildcard. Might go next week, might save to 6. A lot can change so open to keeping longer if that's best.

This could turn out to be an amazing signing for Fulham.

Is Gross worth the extra? Or go with both?

What's that saying, the two best times to do something was back then or right now.

FPL Jimbo @fpljimbo.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

Still tinker the midfield a bit but they are slight changes, haven't touched gks or front three for ages now but yes, defence is where the most changes I make are.

Rodon, Ajer and Kadioglu are the ones I'm considering.

Don't know about Forest. As an enabler though, I'm currently liking Brighton's Gomez at 5.

You can't make it up sometimes, I heard James Cleverly on the radio today saying the public don't want a constant leadership change. Yes that James Cleverly of the Tory party who has been involved in multiple leadership challenges.
