If Villa had a run of positive results I’d agree but the lack of them means I think they’ll start strong! Two home games against two of the worst away sides in the league this season.

Agreed that’s a risk but you still get Southampton and Rogers/Mbeumo in my case with two home games vs Newcastle/Southampton so I think it’s fine.

…which could help! Also Chelsea seem a better, more consistent attack than Newcastle. Happier to keep Mbeumo and preserve. I think he may be TAA or VVD later down the line in two moves. I don’t like many “like for like” replacements in honesty.

I’ve already sold for Jackson 😂 I had my doubts but taking advantage of the knock and Liverpool against Jackson vs Southampton and looks as if he’ll get good mins now. Aggressive but I like it. Watch Isak outscore him over the next few weeks now 😂 Jackson is a much longer hold fixture-wise…

I took the hit for Saka. Mainly because I was going to be priced out of Son/Isak -> Saka/Jackson and I preferred that route than Mbeumo -> Semenyo for example a week later. I think Mbeumo may be TAA or VVD with 2FTs later down the line.

Exactly the same boat, I’ve got a really nice defensive rotation so feels luxury. Any more news on Konate before deadline could tempt me to go Timber. That means another week without Saka though which also feels unnecessary 😂

I’ve forced myself into skipping Bowen by going Konate. Hopefully it ends up being okay! For context: Son -> Saka Mbeumo -> Semenyo in GW14. It’ll be a miracle if I’m able to afford him but think I’ll be 0.1/2 short by the time it comes.

The plan was to make it so in your position I probably still would. I bought Konate for a hit last minute (regretfully short-term) and priced myself out so I’m waiting until GW14 now. Requires 2FTs so Flekken -> Fabianski or Mbeumo -> MID!

Maybe, just a slight annoyance on my part but it’s not a major issue. Son has Fulham at home this week so happy to play! Long term planning so needs to be done. It requires 2FTs so hopefully no other issues however my hits have a 100% green arrow success rate this season 😂

I get the Mbeumo -> Bowen move in 14 but I’m not sure I’ll have that luxury unfortunately. Likely to hold Mbeumo and rotate the fixtures with Rogers. Mbeumo -> Eze in 19 looks just as nice like you’ve suggested!

Ibou has the colossus gene! Slot seems to have managed his routine to avoid injuries. Defensive data is elite, £5.3m compared to Van Dijk’s £6.1m and Trent’s £7m. Quansah is massively out of favour, Gomez seems next in line. As the deadline draws closer I’m even more tempted by Konate.

Konsa is ruled out! ❌ Start Lewis or Dunk? Both players aren’t nailed on to start given rotation and recent injury. Do you think Lewis -> Konate is worth the -4? I don’t particularly like hits for defenders but feel this can be worthwhile long term!

Saka and Palmer’s fixtures are just as good! Therefore, I think many of us will look to De Bruyne, Foden or just avoid Man City attackers if we can’t get to the £15m man.
