youtube.com/watch?v=rKbm... Seen both GNR and Velvet Revolver live. Personally, only Appetite stops me from preferring VR. Loved Scott Weiland, even though he was completely fucked up.

I see Tom Weal has turned up at Leicester now, he’s getting about a bit.

Got to admit I love the sponsorship boards around the ground now. All in a nice black and white colour, no matter what colour the company logo is normally.

Oh my word, that’s got to be one of the vilest training shirts I’ve ever seen! 🤢

Athletico having a look at Jack Grealish by all accounts, which could possibly give us a bit of a payout from the Solidarity payment system. Didn’t know if we would qualify, AI seems to imply that we will.

A brace for Macca tonight, looks like the lad’s still got it.

Not seen if this has already been posted but looks like we used two XI’s today, including Flint and Roos. No mention of anyone else other than the goal scorers. www.barrowafc.com/post/behind-...

Barrow were narrowly beaten 2-1 by Notts County in a behind-closed-doors friendly at Meadow Lane on Tuesday afternoon, with Innes Cameron on target for the Bluebirds.

Joe Gauchi, the Villa keeper linked with is has apparently gone to Lincoln on loan.

Sad to hear about the passing of Kevin Keegan, probably the first superstar of the game that I can remember to be honest. Great footballer, but couldn’t ride a bike. RIP Kevin

110th anniversary since the start of the Somme today.British army gained just 3 square miles at a cost of over 57000 casualties, of which 19240 were killed. Not far off what we took to Wembley, which really puts it into perspective.

Just got back, not a bad day in the end after the disorganised chaos of the supporters coaches this morning. The beer is going down a treat, at least I’m working from home tomorrow.

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 25/05/2026

Looking forward to listening to Karl Robinson’s interview when I get home. I bet he’s as gracious as ever.

Defence has been dogshit since Platt got injured.

What was Grant doing when Tsaroulla headed that ball back across? Should have flung himself at it.

Dust off that collectors item!

I see Abbott has scored on debut…

So is that five in, five out this past month (or so)?

100

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 03/02/2026

What was Ndlovu doing at the end??? He had enough time to control it, do a few keepy uppies and still take a shot!

040

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 03/02/2026

They’re probably one of the ugliest football teams I’ve seen in ages, horrendous style of play.

170

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 27/01/2026

That was an incredible save to be fair.

120

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 01/01/2026

Always nice to see a referee who has read the brief and brought a totally different colour shirt to everyone else on the pitch.

000

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 20/12/2025

Norburn is getting better with every game, another solid performance from Iorpenda and Dennis. There was only one team trying to win that today, but fair do’s to Walsall, really solid at the back.

160

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 20/12/2025

Probably the most anti football side down the lane so far this season. They’re basically playing for set plays or hoping Kanu does something. You just know where this is going….

000

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 09/12/2025

Totally agree with tonight’s MOTM. Was totally gassed for the last 20 and I’m not surprised.

230

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 09/12/2025

Hope Sam called the ref a twat to deserve that yellow.

000

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 09/12/2025

At least MK’s manager realises that Nemane should have been sent off!

120

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 22/11/2025

If we’re serious about going up, we’ve got to get a new keeper in early January, keeper had no reason to lead with his feet.

030

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 21/11/2025

Woken up to see that England have slipped back into their Ashes default mode without much bother. Only a little 7fer for Starc, good effort to be fair.

000

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 15/11/2025

Passing accuracy 80%??? Bugger off!

000

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 25/10/2025

Well, that was a shambles

000

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 04/10/2025

The only game plan Oldham seemed to have in the second half was to toss the ball up into the air and hope something would happen. Nearly worked as we struggled to cope with it for quarter of an hour. Good substitutions at the right time helped us.

050

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 06/09/2025

Was Roos’ previous coach Brian Parkin? Not the best game but a win’s a win!

110

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 06/09/2025

I take it the ref’s day job is as a stand up comedian?

010

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 23/08/2025

If they score one this half, I can see them getting another.

100

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 29/07/2025

Positive signing to lift spirits. Let’s hope he can now do the same kind of things over 90 minutes for 40 odd games a season.

That’s terrible news! RIP Diogo

My life is such rock n roll nowadays, watching eurovishite on tv but quite liked the Italy entry. A bit Dir Straits Romeo and Juliet meets Bowie. UK entry was as crap as always!

From a purely selfish point of view, I couldn’t make the bank holiday Monday anyway!

Had raised blood pressure for the last few months, just tested it again after 2 pints of bitter, a large glass of red wine, a rum and coke and two generous baileys and it’s back to normal levels??!!??? Is getting pissed every night the answer? Doubt I’d enjoy the banging head every morning though!

If I could choose the playoff teams, I’d be fairly happy with Walsall/Bradford, Wimbledon & Grimsby. Just keep Salford & Colchester out of them!

130

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 11/04/2025

That was well worth rushing around to get there for after work. In fact I probably put more effort in than most of our players did.

020

Fozzy @fozzy102no.bsky.social · 02/04/2025

Got to admit that I just couldn’t see what Jarvis was bringing to the team a few games ago. Well, he’s definitely starting to open my eyes now.

Back from my Krakow trip late tomorrow night, are the full match highlights on Monday worth a watch or should I just skip it for the extended highlights?
