I'm now kneeling on the fluffy gray bolster of my dog bed, my skirt draping over my legs while showcasing the bottom soles of the bapper boots. They're adorned with pink appliqué paw pads that match the original design of the bapper handpaws.

Here's the exported png images from the photoshop work files from both projects. Sans animated rainbow border for the startup one. Photoshop 7 proves to still be quite capable, methinks~

The startup splash screen, minus the rainbow borders around the emoji sticker of Ruby. It is a pink background with a quadrupedal version of ruby with her tails fanned out behind her and giving a goofy pooltoy grin while staring forward. Text sits above her reading "A wild Rubyloon appears!" in Comic Sans font.

This is the shutdown splash screen with a gradiant background based off of the color palette of Ruby's colors. She has a teasing look with a smirk, holding a hose in her paws with a sentence above her head asking "Where do you think you're going?" with the "you're" in bold font with the size slightly bumped up.

Both tails are fully inflated and sitting next to each other on the workbench. The tailtips are pointing towards the camera.

The freshly assembled battery on my workbench, sans top cover. There's electrical tape and hand written capacity values written on the cells with a sharpie marker, which lends to this battery being refurbished by hand.

Finally got a battery spot welder and a fresh set of 18650 cells to properly do this job with~ A decade ago, an adequate spot welder was $200+. This one cost me $60 and is just as feature rich as the pro units.

The plastic shell halves and the guts of the battery sans cells sit upon the workbench with nine red Sanyo battery cells just behind it. To the right is the spot welder itself.

The inflatable orange and white rubber fox ears are fully assembled and free standing on the workbench. They're a tad frumpy looking and under-inflated due to the leaks and how the seams are laying.

It's clearly been repaired, and the plastics aren't aligning perfectly, but I think this is good enough for my needs. I had to do a loooooot of trimming just to get it soldered to the board! :blobfoxlul: I'm about to go ahead and test it now. Wish me luck!
