Added some fans to my cable modem with the power of over-engineering and 3d printing. Didn’t like the available models…so made my own! They’re pulling out an impressive amount of heat! This thing never should have been passively cooled alone; it falls over under heavy traffic.

3d printed new two-part PLA/TPU feet for my sling :D The original feet had worn through (the pipes cut through the bottom!) from too many people fucking in it at parties 😝

Ok this V8 engine model came together so awesome! I wasn’t sure they would but the colors I went with ended up coming together just perfectly 😊 So many screws; like 150! It’s amazing what people design and make available to everyone to print!

Today in “Kyrian overcomplicates something new”, I made a little handle to hold my LP records securely through the center while cleaning them! The Spin Clean is neat…but turning the record by open-palming the outside edge of the record made me cringe 😬 Too much force and chance for bending!

I understand that 2b is likely meant to ban beastiality since that is illegal and that is 100% goodness, but there is worry that it could be (possibly intentionally) misinterpreted to apply to furries and other consensual interactions between adults who roleplay or present as anthropomorphic animals or as characters with animal characteristics.

Is there any opportunity to clarify that it is banning depictions of beastiality? The area that is likely to be most difficult to judge one way or the other is going to be cartoon or drawn depictions of animal characters, but where those characters are still representing an anthropomorphic character with agency and the ability to consent as opposed to animals without agency and ability to consent.
