Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 06/11/2025Hey, did you ever get your refund? I haven’t heard anything from Moth since our last message where she had said she’d fix it. 100
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Yeah I have no idea. She’s missing so many details and the colors don’t look right. 020
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Yea. I know how you feel! If you’d like I could dm you some of the artists I regularly commission if you’re looking for some to commission in the future? 230
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Thanks and yeah! Esca’s got a lot of comms from some really awesome artists! Got sucked into the “omg cute doggy icon!” And ya know the rest lol. Just a shame. 110
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025True true. It’s not our fault. And yeah, I’m sorry you’re going through it too! Never been swindled like this before so this is a rough reality check. For context, this is the character and this is the art she gave me lol. 351
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Ahhh ouch. Yeah I’d be fighting like hell for that $100! I mean fr, you want a refund and you don’t want the art. I feel so stupid for even supporting them in the first place, especially with their long queue. I gotta research better. 120
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025I would try again yeah! Worth a shot. I think my comm was like $40-$45 but still, that’s a lot of money. Like I don’t even want the art anymore even if they fix it. 120
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025PayPal refused the refund? Even if it’s AI? That’s crazy. I’ve never had to dispute before so I’m not familiar with how it works but can you try again and provide the evidence? 120
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Yeah Kofi doesn’t show what you paid with for some reason. I had to track it down in my credit card transaction history. Of course I didn’t pay using PayPal and I don’t think Kofi handles any disputes themselves. 000
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Yeah. Well she outright refused the refund when I asked. I would dispute but I used Kofi and not PayPal like I usually do. So not sure if my options. 120
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Hopefully you can! If they refuse to refund and if you paid with PayPal I would dispute it with PayPal. I used ko-fi so… 100
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Oh wow! Safe to say I’ll probably never get my fixed art either. 120
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025Glad you got your refund! They refused to refund me. Got their mawshot YCH. They gave me the art with blatant errors/missing markings. Been waiting 2 months for fixes. She claims she’s too busy. 130
Fox_lexib @foxlexib.bsky.social · 28/10/2025I had commed them for their maw shot YCH. Waited months for the art and I get it with missing details/markings and blatant errors. Waiting for fixes for two months now. They refuse to refund me. 🫠 Fun! 100
