James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 8hOP is really good ED is also good, but it's a huge step down from all the licensed songs from Parts 1-6 IMO Plus they involved Dr. Luke for some reason 000
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 12h(Max Dood voice): WHAT THE FUCK!? WHAT THE FUCK!? DUUUUDE! DUUUUUUUUDE! Hold on- Chill the fuck OUT (Iizuka), OH MY GOD HOW THE SHIT IS THIS REAL!? I FUCKING LOVE VIDEO GAMES!!! 020
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 09/10/2026Been meaning to do this for the last 5 years or so, but I finally got my Colosseum team into Pokémon Home! It was a little terrifying considering my GameCube didn't want to read discs at first and my GBA didn't want to boot, but I managed. Also why is it so hard to take a picture of your whole team 000
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 09/10/2026Me charging my DS, 3ds and 3ds XL and setting up my GameCube at the same time so I can transfer Pokémon from Pokémon Colosseum to Pokémon Home 110
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 08/10/2026They need to fund a sequel and they need to release it in theaters so that you can get your EGOT 000
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 08/10/2026Microsoft actually wanted to drop the Xbox branding years ago, but didn't in order to keep CeeLo Green's masterpiece "Fuck You" relevant 070
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 07/10/2026I've never wanted a second trailer for something so badly 000
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 07/10/2026Arzest is Naoto Oshima's company, so Sega might not see them as outsiders as much as Evening Star 010
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 07/10/2026Smash was pretty consistently at TGA when Ultimate was active, but I don't know if Nintendo would want to announce a huge game like that at someone else's event. That said, hell yeah keep hyping brother 000

James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Don't know if it was the first, but the Casper cartoon "Boo Moon" was super eerie to me as a kid. James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 04/10/2026I need to find a cheap James Sunderland-esque jacket that won't kill me if I wear it in the Florida heat by Halloween 010
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 03/10/2026I for one would love to have three Digimon amiibo, it just seems like a big ask for a series that's still a bit niche Semi-related, but I seem to remember Sakurai having worked on a V-pet in the early 00s? Maybe he's a fan of the genre 010
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 03/10/2026I figure Digivolving would be something you'd have to build up and maintain throughout the fight like in the Rumble Arena games 000
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 03/10/2026I've always imagined Agumon>Greymon>MetalGreymon like the OG Vpets. They all have similar shapes to maybe give them all similar movesets. And then WarGreymon as the Final Smash. The main issue I see with Agumon is that adding him basically requires you to add at least two or three characters in one 200
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 02/10/2026This is the second married couple in the game after Sonic and Knuckles 010
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Crossovers are much easier if creators own their own work 020
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Briefly considered doing that for Halloween at work before remembering that I live in south Florida 110
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Playing King's Field (US) for the first time and I didn't realize just how gotdang massive this game is. I'm pretty bad at remembering layouts so I've done a lot of running around. I'm towards the end (I think) and I'm still finding labyrinthian new areas tucked away in corners I forgot about. 000
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Redact is a third party service that goes through your Reddit account and changes all the text to gibberish phrases. It's kinda annoying but I figure it prevents AI from training off your posts 140
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 27/09/2026The last three games I've played are Jumping Flash, Adventures of Lolo, and I'm currently working on King's Field It helps that I'm often too broke for modern gaming lol 000
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 27/09/2026I used to be like this to an extent. When I first got into collecting games were a lot cheaper, so it'd be easier to grab a bunch of games I had heard of just to have. Plus cleaning up/repairing was half the fun to me Nowadays I've sold off most of my consoles and I'm always playing retro stuff 100
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 26/09/2026The last 6 years have felt like both a decade and a month, so I don't blame you 040
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 26/09/2026If you're talking about the thing with Peter Kelamis, then I'm sorry to inform you that was eight years ago 2280
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 26/09/2026I wouldn't be surprised if they just did it to fit it on a GBA screen easier 1280
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 24/09/2026I thought this for a while, but I've come around on a new game. Then again my hot take is that I don't think there's going to be as many cuts as people think in Smash 6. 000
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 23/09/2026It's kinda insane I think most of these people were asked to record years before any serious controversies, but they couldn't have been that hard to remove bsky.app/profile/lack... 000
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 22/09/2026He was claiming they were already working on Spyro 4 years before it was even greenlit Which is to say he was straight up wrong for those years and is only now coincidentally correct 1340

James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 18/09/2026I feel like there are several other Zelda-ish words to steal that are better than "ocarina". "Ocarina" is really boring if it's not "of Time", y'know? It's like "The Story of Flute" 020

James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 16/09/2026I have a bone to pick with HAL Laboratory circa 1989 Why would you name the game "Adventures of Lolo" and put that on the front of the label, but just put "Lolo" on the end label? How exactly am I supposed to alphabetize this? (Really good NES puzzle game btw. It's aged great IMO) 000

James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 16/09/2026Makes me wonder if he knew what tf Evangelion was when they used it 010
James Fox @foxj100.bsky.social · 16/09/2026Evangelion and Bayonetta in Sonic Crossworlds at the same time means I'm going to have Fly Me to the Moon stuck in my head the entire time I'm playing, even though the song is almost definitely not in the game 110
