I think my main problem right now, is that when I stop looking at that, or stop working on game dev stuff, everything starts flooding back in my mind and makes everything seem... sour, spiteful, or just plain saddening. I'm hoping to find a way to stop those thoughts, but it's been getting harder.

oddly enough, checking PAC-MAN WORLD 2 Re-PAC updates they have been posting has also been a good distraction. I'm kind of glad they announced that game when they did, It's been giving me something to look forward to that doesn't feel too far away from now.

On the outside, I act like things don't get to me, or I stay silent to not let out any emotion.

on the inside, I'm constantly hearing voices repeating bad events in my head to the point where I feel absolutely broken and take it out on myself.

Scratches and bite marks represent things I may have done at times when having an emotional build up to try and get it to stop (though the effects are much more over exaggerated in the doodle, and nothing I've done has ever left a lasting mark.)

(I don't want this to make people worry about me. I just really needed to get something like this down. I don't want this to make anyone think I actively hurt myself, it is not a common thing at all and only ends up happening at really bad build ups, and even then it's never caused a serious injury. This doodle was to get these feelings out without ending up doing something stupid.)

(I'm sorry if this makes anyone worry, I promise physical things don't happen often.)
