That’s what I’m saying! It has to have an algorithm lmaooo

Dude same! Someone said that this app doesn’t have an algorithm… but like, then how do you grow without being a chronic reply guy?

Is it really called skeeting or am I being punked?

On that note it is Metal freakin’ Monday and I’ll be exacerbating my bad habits by shredding Guitar Hero all night lol. You should come watch! 🎸🔥

I’ve been practicing playing guitar and let me tell ya, years of playing Guitar Hero is both a blessing and a curse. Bad habits are gonna die so hard 😩

Good am! I’m learning that I really enjoy this app! I may not have as established of a following yet, but the interactions I’ve had here over the past couple days have been more impactful than anything I’ve engaged with on Twitter in months. Feels good!

I didn’t think of it that way! I wonder if it will be more difficult since there are so many more users online now than there were in the MySpace era. I’m hopeful for sure! We just need more prominent figures backing Bluesky and hopefully the mass migration will happen. Glad I’m getting here early!

I definitely feel like people here have more substance! My twitter interactions feel so robotic sometimes. Thank you for being cool! 😎 💗

I want to delete so many apps but it’s difficult considering how long I’ve been active on them and the followings I’ve cultivated 😅 But man would it be nice to only have one or two apps to check per day lol

That’s fair! I think I might be judging too quickly. I only started using this app a few days ago! What is the biggest difference you’ve observed? Besides the obvious “no Elon” lol

Just trying to see what apps to prioritize. As a content creator is tough to post on 57 different apps and reestablish your following on all of them. As much as I would LOVE to see Twitter disintegrate, I just don’t know if it can be realistically overtaken at this point.

Do you guys truly think this app could replace Twitter? Like, genuinely?

I heard Bluesky likes art and cats. May I interest you in this artistic photo of my cat?

This is the reason I decided to move over here. Something about paying money in order for your content to get pushed on platforms owned by billionaires just didn’t sit right to me 😅

Trying to be active on yet another platform, trying to re-establish my following after years of building up my old platforms, learning yet another algorithm, etc.

Can I be honest? Starting over on a new platform is straight hot dog water

The dream! You should be so proud ♥️

I was literally just talking to my friend about this. Moving platforms, especially when the old one is well established, sucks major ass

Not to mention the people who choose to dumb themselves down in order to be understood by these sorts of people. Normalize using big words and making people feel dumb to hopefully motivate them to read a damn book or something

It’s such a nauseating feeling to see people well into their 20s acting out of jealousy. Worry about your dang self.
