Anyways, I'd definitely recommend it. Maybe a bit convoluted if you've not seen the prior trilogy of films but where Peter's at is effectively square one again anyway. Some scenes might not hit as hard but overall the movie communicates what's needed well enough.

I say this BTW having loved the Raimi Spider-Man films as a kid; they're great movies with a sense of contained grandness to them, but IMO the current trajectory of MCU Spidey is more in-line with Spider-Man overall than Raimi's iteration.

This is probably the most "Spidey" Spidey on film: self-made equipment, a dynamic, speedy fighting style, quips and banter, and being a Spidey-workaholic. I kinda have to assume the diehard Raimi fans are just thick because like... how do you see this and still think that he's just a poser?

Watched Spider-Man: Brand New Day, it was quite a fun film. Thoughts are still a bit unorganised due to the freshness of the experience but I think at this point, anyone who still doesn't like the MCU Spidey will just never be satisfied by him.

I think it's funny people forget some times, it doesn't matter how much people change the characters in fanart, whenever it's inflating the proportions, or making them radically different, it doesn't matter how they do fanart, the immutable truth is they still fell in love with the original version.

I'm atheist but still thoroughly understand and appreciate the intent of religion. It's nice to have something to provide a sense of community to people. It's a shame that there's those who don't see the forest for the trees and instead pick at the wording rather than understand the text's intent.

TRILLIONAIRE, WITH A "T" I don't think you understand how massive that number is. It is unfathomable. No one should have that amount of money. This makes me incredibly angry!! The moderate position is "Billionaires shouldn't exist"! My view? EAT THE RICH!!!!

Bar chart comparison of: 1. a million dollars, 2. a billion dollars and 3. a trillion dollars to scale. The first two bars are barely visible compared to the third.

As a reminder. A million times a million is a trillion. If you gathered a million millionaires, they would have collectively as much money a single Elon Musk.

And I realize it is not that he "owns" the money, and it is just the value of his companies and his assets, but that still confers far more power than a single individual should have. Especially when there are people who barely have enough money to survive to their next meal.

Tax the rich, abolish billionaires, banish trillionaires.
