The current trade system in #FarthestFrontier is ugly as sin, but this up and coming one looks great.

I fixed this Archie comic. "Good decision, Chuck"? Get it together, Andrews.

lol, "on PS". Maybe it is but I meant PC. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but maaaaan was the brave/default UI good in the first game. They recreated it well for larger screens, too.

Okay, I was playing some #dotAGE (which I suck pretty hard at), and it gave me some ideas about my naming in #RimWorld. Say hello to the Boons in their village of Rejoshua. I think this village will have a bit less vomiting than my other one.

I like your pup. We'd be buddies.

%*^@ you, Google. And &@%! you Trump. Pour water from the Bay of Mexico into your eyes, and wash out the pain by putting your head into Lake Ontario and not taking it out. FAR from the worst thing you've done, bug %#*& you still.

Just a reminder that our province is named after this wonderful lake, not the other way around. Of course, knowing history farther back than 2025 might teach you that.

Carr Nyuli @foundationafro.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

Because of the amount I have raised in the #GreatCycleChallenge, I lost my head! (Or at least part of it).

I'm starting the #GreatCycleChallenge tomorrow, to raise money to fight kids' cancer while riding my bike. You can support me (and more importantly, support the kids) at greatcyclechallenge.ca/riders/carrnyuli.

#Paralives apparently removes what you're holding in photo mode, so I can play air guitar with my fingers in *exactly* the right position.

I started looking into upgrading my PC about two months ago...it was not a go time to do that. I'll probably just get a bigger SSD, because my current one is only 256 gigs. :/

Good #CanadaDay celebrations in #Kamloops! Round trip to Riverside Park before lunch (got doughnuts, don't worry!), plus a ride toward a double rainbow before sunset.

The devs of #AgainstTheStorm, @eremitegames.bsky.social, have said they're developing a new survival game in the AtS universe. The info is pretty sparse, but I'll definitely be talking about it on Novus in the future. 4 now check out these people waking up to a cabin. www.youtube.com/watch?v=121z...

Pretty sweet day in Riverside Park as #Kamloops watched the #WorldCup this afternoon. And certainly a toasty one!

Getting back into #Factorio, I really like parts of the tutorial (I think this is my fourth or fifth time of it over the years). Like, all the boilers use burner inserters. Old "tell by showing" of one of the simplest but best tricks of the game. Good on ya, Woob Software.

If you're wondering why your Para can't sit at their desk when there's clearly a chair, you have to put it in a blue square. Kinda the chair pushed in rather than in front of the desk. #Paralives

Just finished reading me some great new @lifethenecropolis.bsky.social! Now I just need to decide what to do with the souvenirs...

This snorlax took so many retries to catch, I had to remind myself I did a wee bit of cheesing. I don't ironman when I'm playing #Pokemon!

Carr Nyuli @foundationafro.bsky.social · 14/05/2026

Instead of yapping about video games some more...here are some little gooselings in Riverside Park in #Kamloops last week! Their parents are teaching them to be machines of pain, but now their nice.

000

Carr Nyuli @foundationafro.bsky.social · 07/05/2026

Jokes aside, my new run of #FarthestFrontier had absolutely zero deer or shoals of fish anywhere nearby, and the wolf dens that were close were my primary source of protein.

100

Carr Nyuli @foundationafro.bsky.social · 04/05/2026

Started a new colony in #FarthestFrontier, because the raiders are going to burn down my old one. This was the first (legitimately random) name I got, and it's probably going to be #Kamloops in about a week when the rivers are up.

And if you need some help with Kerbal, @quill18.bsky.social has some awesome stuff that's almost a decade old, but still relevant. It's been cool remembering some of this stuff.

There was some *slight* overshooting, but I've managed to roll 2km in early April. Best year ever! #Cycling

Happy #GroundHogDay! Those first three provinces are probably off, except maybe Manitoba (real answer would be Territories for all thee), but it's been spring in #Kamloops for a week and a half now.

Susra's pretty bad-ass. She's hammering while literally standing in flame. #FarthestFrontier

It went from zero ice on the North Thompson yesterday to nearly a skating rink this morning! #Kamloops
