Announcement... Don't Be A Doctor, our between-albums single, is on streaming sites NOW. (I was going to write something about this but fucked up my dates and haven't even started yet. Whoops.)

Give Me a Wall clear vinyl and rarities CDs are in the warehouse and being sent out ¡soon! Still time to get your order in.

A photo of the same package spread across the floor, some of the lyric sheet visible.

A photo of the rarities compilation, ‘A Fearless Guide to Communication’. Looks like an inversion of the Give Me a Wall cover, with dark background and white/light blue exclamation marks.

I'll say that without any doubt that both Thirteen and Fourteen are my favourite ¡Forward, Russia! tracks by far - I even listen to the demo versions often - and to see Tom go into some detail and depth behind their conception, the lyrics and recording is great. Roll on February

¡Forward, Russia! had our first rehearsal ahead of next February’s gigs a couple of weeks ago. We hadn’t played together for more than 12 years. It took everyone a while to believe we were actually playing together. As the hours sweatily dissolved…

All tracks had been previously released but in the pre-streaming era, scattered across multiple releases and formats. With the changes of labels and distributors, pretty much all of these have disappeared off streaming, at least in the UK & Europe.

(I would have remastered it but we couldn't locate the unmastered mixes and we didn't want to bullshit people: a huge proportion of 'remasters' are processing piled on top of processing, and I think it's dishonest.)

Just a repress. Not 100% sure on the packaging yet, although I know it's not a gatefold. The new lyric sheet will hopefully be of interest if you like meta-fictional silliness.
