My prior bunny, Bree. Still holds a spot on my phone.

I even remember playing Akalabeth before Ultima. Ultima was a rather defining game for me, to be sure.

I think I like that second option better. But the rat stickers are cute in any case.

If the bus system/trolley is disjointed and not intuitive to use, that means people won't use it if they have other choices. Bus and trolley is better than nothing, but leaves a lot of room for improvement.

A walkable city would be great, too, but still need a way to get to that walkable area, whether by shuttle or good public transit options. I haven't explored San Diego substantially, but I don't recall hearing anything that suggests an outstanding public transit system.

Fortunas @fortunas.bsky.social · 21/02/2026

Feels like there needs to be some sort of shuttle service to the area to offset the parking difficulties, maybe. Not sure how full a solution that would be, but it might help.

We all have our line of what is too much. I am just glad more people have reached theirs.

The Yule Hare brings tidings from holidays past! Memories of loved ones are brought to the kind hearted, and lessons of holiday cheer to those who need reminding. Forever insightful, the Yule Hare is sure to remind us all the true meaning of holiday cheer!

Definitely fond of that one. Bunny bias, yes, but still a pretty piece in general.

Rhett from this evening, just enjoying a bit of hay:

Rhett does that too. Won't groom directly, but blankets, shirts, plush animals, all good.

Enjoyed it, and turned out well on the art.

It has been a fun watch so far. Looking forward to where the series goes.

Spotted a rather large mushroom in a nearby yard today:

I should really get an ITA type bag for mine. I put them on another bag, but they aren't nearly as secure that way:

Backpack with a bunch of bunny pins and a bunny plush attached.

I mean, the place is already a swamp. How much would a moat add to this?

Fortunas @fortunas.bsky.social · 09/06/2025

That feels even worse than not getting the sale at all. Online sales get some odd ones, unfortunately.

010

Fortunas @fortunas.bsky.social · 09/06/2025

Unfortunate about the sales, but a good animal day is a nice way to offset that a little.

Not a recent picture, but one I managed to catch at a local park during the pandemic:

Not entirely sure how I feel about this, but I can't really say it is all that wrong, either.

The loss of reach is tough, but cutting out something as toxic as Twitter has become still seems very important. I don't think it is unreasonable to find the platform itself untrustworthy at this point, all things considered.

I haven't done any testing with these, but this looks like it should cover what you need on a few different platforms including Windows. wiki.synchro.net/resource:ans...

One of the nice moments during the pandemic was seeing the mini golf course that had been taken over by geese to raise their baby geese.

I'm not sure how many people are aware of just how much of the pin production is done in China. There are pin manufacturers in other places, but far fewer of them, and usually a much steeper price per pin for cost. I bought quite a few pins in December, but I wasn't expecting this level of tariffs.

010

Fortunas @fortunas.bsky.social · 08/04/2025

Rhett was enjoying relaxing at the end of the bed when I got home (not an unusual spot for him, admittedly), so I just put his food bowl up there. He is now dozing next to the bowl, still there. #bunny #bunny_video #rabbit #Rhett #rabbit_video

Affinity Photo does pretty well as a replacement. Much more affordable, does most of what you'd want Photoshop to do, and even can open Photoshop files. They also have vector, and desktop publishing programs, but I haven't made use of those (though I did buy them).
