We love a good WWX Protection Squad fic in this house. I devoured this instead of sleeping last night. No regrets~ (even though I'm suffering at work currently as a result) archiveofourown.org/works/708166...

It was so cold out here that my phone died 🥶 that being said, I really miss living in China

🥲 A fic that touches on the new chapter about WWX getting his core back. LQR's reaction. archiveofourown.org/works/93210211

Gobsmacked over how good this is. I can't often go for a No WangXian Endgame fic because I'll sink into the nethermost pits of hell on that ship but I devoured all 23 chapters of this fic during my extended break at work today. archiveofourown.org/works/720696...

I really love those "straight boy wei ying" fics. This is probably one of the best ones out there. 🥲 archiveofourown.org/works/570269...

The way this scene lives rent free in my head. That smirk 🥵

I'm yet again offering up a fic for you to read while you await the next BBW chapter (which I'd say is at about 70% complete minus editing). Part 1 is complete and I've been enjoying it a lot! Compelling lore, BM history, Lan/WWX dynamics and good storytelling! archiveofourown.org/series/5683396

The energy I hope my WRH is giving. The CQL version doesn't even exist in my mind when I read fics 😅🤌

Knowing that it will be some time before the next chapter is published, here is something I'm really enjoying reading! WIP, very well written. Last chapter brought tears to my eyes over an interaction between WWX & Good Uncle LQR archiveofourown.org/works/877969...

This fic is so, so good. It's a modern au wangxian that I've spent the past 3 days binging. Totally worth 3 days working on inadequate sleep because I couldn't put it down. archiveofourown.org/works/796104...

I was not expecting JYL to show up like she did in Ch 17. 🪷

If you're looking for a WangXian fic where WWX gets adopted by HuaLian, here's my highly indulgent take. We explore WangXian's childhood deeply, the impact of post canon TGCF on HuaLian, and how WWX leaving Lotus Pier impacts the cultivation world. (⇀‸↼‶)⊃━☆ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ archiveofourown.org/works/792108...

I would've loved him as Hua Cheng. Seeing him in Pursuit of Jade makes me wish for EF even more.

Oh, also went to Barnes & Nobles and they have most of the hardbacks for TGCF. Wife got me the hardbacks of TGCF Vol 4 & Vol 3 of MDZS, stating that I need them for reference, then declared that she'd reward me with a new volume each week moving forward. ⸂⸂⸜(രᴗര๑)⸝⸃⸃ The artwork is so beautiful!

Whenever I read fics (and now write them) about MDZS that include stories about CSSR and WCZ, I visualized these two as WWX’s parents. It makes so much sense to my brain. Maybe it’s that her nature in this drama reminds me of WWX’s? His appearance fits as well. Either way, can’t unsee it now 🫠
