[hc] so funny how makoh'to can sit down next to gaius in game and blow bubbles to relieve some stress. then i thought about it more seriously and he's probably regulating his breathing by doing it. filling all the bubbles with his worries and watching them float away!

+ i drew this in 12 mins which makes me happy bc i have come such a long way! i may not be where i want on a technical/fundamental lvl but the fact i can just do this relatively quickly means i am kind of skilled (I'm measuring against myself ok) a little less of the facts, a lil more of the spirit!

if i may be chatty about this: inspired by all the smoking i've been seeing in ad men show. much like how my friend wants to smoke when they see someone smoking, i want to draw it. it just lends itself to an aesthetic i like, even if i won't ever do it myself! 😂

FINAL FANTASY XIV @en.finalfantasyxiv.com · 10h

A bear-y grisly celebration is on its way. 🐻 All Saints' Wake returns to FFXIV on Thursday, October 15! 👻 sqex.to/p39ox

Image is the key illustration for the All Saints' Wake 2026 event. A large figure in a full-body bear costume with exaggerated stitching and button embellishments looms ominously in the back with its mouth open wide and tongue sticking out. They are holding a pipe in one hand and green smoke emanates from around their head. In front of them to the left is Leofard, who is looking up at the bear and grinning while shrugging his shoulders. To the right Cait Sith looks back at the bear figure with a scared expression, front paws sticking out and tail raised in fear. The background of the illustration is decorated with carved pumpkins and small ghosts.

ummm no promises but i'm having so much fun with traditionally drawing gifts and trades for ppl... i still have 1 more trade slot open but!! if you're going to gateway fate maybe drop a ref of your character (oc or npc) of choice, or even ship and i'll pick a couple to doodle, no trade required!

Assuming all fanfiction is written poorly really just shows you've never been caught in the chokehold of a 150k slowburn that changed the course of your life at 2:40am written by someone whose username has 4 Zs in it and they only wrote one fic and then vanished like an ethereal legend.

adding onto this: i've never had a gaius-only itabag since he was more of an accessory for my wolship :p, but he's getting promoted after his years of service. he can have his own bag insert. there still might be One makoh'to in there tho.
