A few years back I did a presentation at a jewelry conference about not needing expensive tools & working with what you have on hand. One point was a roll of toilet paper has many uses. This was the slide I displayed. If Paleontologists can use it outside the bathroom, so can you #RipSamNeill

still images from Jurassic Park. Towards the Beginning of the movie when Alan & Ellie are talking to John in the trailer several rolls of toilet paper can be seen in the background. they are circled in green.

Wish me luck, I'm about to try to watch the old Disney movie Susie Q on YouTube. Because apparently Disney doesn't know there is an entire generation of people coming into their disposable income phase (or so I'm told) and would gladly pay $30 for DVDs of movie they grew up on...

You know that #Svengoolie sound clip "Don't use the phone for fun & games"? Well apparently that's pretty good advice. Playing games on my phone not only drains it charge, but it also knocked down its maximum charge capacity. Oh, dear...

Right, so the package tracking app I've used since I started my business no longer works. (And can no longer be found in the app store) 😢 I've now got 5 other tracking apps on my phone. I'll report back soon, but I'm not holding my breath. They either want way too much money or are too clunky...

Not to play devil's advocate, but how are we gonna have another Mummy movie with the original cast? Once Meela/Anck-Su-Namun ran away from saving Imhotep didn't that kind of end the story arc of the first 2 movies? Unless now it's Anck-Su-Namun that realizes she was wrong & sets out to Save imhotep.

Okay, question if you run a small business or ship things for a living: Has USPS been REALLY dropping the ball lately or is it just me? I've got multiple missing packages, and lots of things aren't even getting scanned in until days later. (Even when I stand in line for a receipt)

010

Forged Mettle Jewelry @forgedmettlejewelry.com · 25/02/2026

Right, so not only did USPS loose my package, they also now have apparently lost any data of the case I opened up to find it. "Luckily" I've had a few gaslighters in my life and took screenshots and wrote down the time and name of who I talked to. USPS has gone WAY down hill lately...

Image of pendant that looks like a bear trap but with much more cartoonish teeth. After all, it was inspired by the somewhat cartoon movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
