Avoiding spoilers, but one of the songs near the end of the game has stuck with me in a way that feels more than just 'that was a cool moment with a good song'.
It was so incredibly beautiful and powerful, I was flying through tears when it was playing.
What a special video game...
![A shot of Arielle Alvoix standing outside in Ishgard in the middle of the night, wearing an all-black lace turtleneck blouse with loose slacks. She's wearing a multitude of necklaces around her neck. Standing plainly with her hands on her hips, she glances off to the side, as if bored with her present surroundings.
[Arielle Alvoix (aka Blondie) is a female OC from Final Fantasy XIV. She is mixed, and passes as a Wildwood Elezen from the neck up but a Highlander Hyur from the neck down. She has slanted, cool mint green eyes and long platinum blonde hair - sometimes straight, sometimes wavy, and other times pulled into a bun or updo. Her physique is fit and tight, but still curvaceous at the 'assets', and she stands 6'2" tall. The skin on her body has a vast number of big and deep scarring - with the most notable people notice first being the long deep line on her face: starting from the righthand side of her forehead down across to her left eyebrow. There's a good amount of scars on both of her arms, hands/fingers, chest, entire back, and legs as well.]](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:kebf2ufjkf5ucrlg6mcp6t5b/bafkreibhgxgvinyn6ee6uf5bfmzsmsxtgadjhjmasgda7ox4wnqdjfq3zm)
