In the Russian armed horde it is fair to say Bashkirs have shown strong resistance to enrollment. Bashkortostan would secede from Russia if they could. Tatars have also shown reluctance. For Buryats the Russian army is a gold mine, as for Daghestanis, who are a multi-ethnic grouping.

Russia killed Tetiana and her sons Nikita and Vasyl in Hlukhiv today. The boys were 21 and almost 8 years old. Their dad survived. The death toll is 12 as of now. "When the sunflowers grow next spring remember them, for in their name freedom was fought for, and in their name freedom must be won."
