"All this just to make the perfect cup of coffee?!", sighed Green Being's puppet as the ritual began. 'Ritual' for Retro Supply's Frightfall 2026 art challenge. @retrosupply #frightfall2026 #halloweenart #comicart #timburtonstyle #whimsicalart

The @retrosupply art prompt for today's #frightfall2026 is #banshee. I only had a lunchbreak to do this one, but a short deadline always makes it fun. It made me miss hoasting the 1 hour 1 sketch art challenge. #inktober2026 #halloween #spooky

Imagine brushing your teeth before bedtime and these things appearing in your bathroom and singing, wanting to be brushed next. That's a daily occurrence for Green Being and his puppet. Just don't stop brushing until their song has finished or they'll get hungry. 'Teeth' for #Frightfall2026

There's been a ventriloquist puppet murder, who did it?! The Retro Supply #Frightfall2026 art prompt for this one is 'ventriloquist'. This time it's drawn with my own brush I'm working on that I'm using for the comic. I would LOVE to create a full graphic novel in this style.

Today's Retro Supply art prompt for Frightfall'26 is Scarecrow. I drew this when my 1 year old had a nap with no idea what to do for it. How did my brain think of this?! Haha. Green Being and Puppet having a picnic with a creepy scarecrow. #frightfall2026 #scarecrow #gothicart #whimsicalart

The Frightfall art prompt for this one is 'CRYPT'. Do you see the little fella on the bottom right? My kid designed him. The character fits so well in this universe. #frightfall2026

Green Being and his puppet got a taxi today, at least they think it's a taxi. Illustration for @retrosupply art challenge called #frightfall2026. The theme for this one is 'HEARSE'. #whimsical #gothic #illustration #comic

Are we there yet? This started as a Slice of Mallow comic but I ended up drawing myself and my family in it as my son loves seeing himself in comic form. I created another new font too based on my handwriting. #comic #webcomic #clipstudiopaint

I created a new digital brush and it's inspiring fun cartoony art that makes my 5 year old laugh. Now making a matching font to make some fun kids comics in this style!

Fox was so in his own world that he didn’t notice the car chase whizzing past him. Drawing this way makes me want to read more Cul de Sac by Richard Thompson for inspiration but all the books seem to be out of print? #worldbuilding #clipstudiopaintart #daubbrushes

Fox Jr making a Fox Snowman. The scene is inspired by the snow we've been having recently, and it's an excuse to have a play with some brushes. Plus, I just enjoy drawing things from this anthropomorphic world I've been creating here. #anthropomorphic #kidlitartist #daubbrushes #comiccreator

I've created that many Slice of Mallow comic strips that I can't remember drawing some of them, like this one! It made me chuckle.

One of my favourite pages from Slice of Mallow Second Slice. I love Coin as much as Jelly! I should make a spin off book with both of them as the main characters, haha. Actually… 🤔 Available now anywhere that sells books. (UK release date is May, but its out now in the US!)

I went to my local library and spotted my book, Slice of Mallow on the shelf in the children's graphic novel section. As a kid I walked weekly to the library to loan Asterix comics (if they had none I would get TinTin). So, seeing my book today made for a surreal experience. #kidlitartist #library
