part of this is usually that the writing starts to focus too much on Relationship and not enough on the actual plot imo like ships are fun but ultimately i am never ever into media for the sole purpose of shipping. also canonizing it gets rid of all the tension which makes it not fun anymore

My first ever custom pony won the custom competition at Poniconi!! Glad i was dressed for the occasion. The pony's shirt is actually made from scraps of the exact cosplay i'm wearing!

i cut one into a couple pieces a few years ago and i use the smallest as a palette, and the medium and large pieces as boards to tape my paper to whilst painting. works great
