They look at this as solving a problem because inmates were getting pregnant from other inmates. I would say this isn't the solution because there are no easy solutions in incarceration. No humane ones anyway....

I have a friend who is actively recovering from a stroke 2.5 years ago & is now taking Lion's Mane Extract with "Stamets 7" every day. In his mid 30s. He claims "I noticed very immediately my brain is improving". Is this placebo? Can stroke patients HAVE placebo? Or is there something to it?
