Has anyone else noticed that Amazon has made it much harder to do returns? This morning, I had to answer 3 questions from their AI, then print out and box up the product for a $12 return. Only recently, I was able to just drop it -- no label, no box -- at a UPS store or Whole Foods.

Just got a bill for some routine bloodwork. My insurance company was billed $1200. When I lived in Paris 2 years ago and had to pay out of pocket because I didn’t yet have my Carte Vitale, I paid €65. Just another sign how messed up #healthcare is in this country!

Me and my husband and son all have the same phones and using same home network at same time. On my hub’s phone, Google Maps uses #LakeAmerica. On me and my son’s phones, it’s still #LakeOntario. Do you think it’s because Google assumes that a 50ish white guy would be on board the Trump train? 🤷‍♀️

I only spent 1 semester in Denmark when I was 20. But I saw firsthand how while taxes are definitely higher, childcare, healthcare, higher ed and elder care are all essentially free or close to it. I’ve had to pay dearly for 3 of those 4 so far and will soon add the 4th when my son heads to college!

Was told it was not necessary in the state of California, at least for my insurance company. Was initially alarming because the example used in the WSJ story was in California and said Allstate didn't pay out because the family had a 12 year-old kid that wasn't listed on the policy.😵‍💫
