In a study with 30 years of follow-up, 9% of 105K participants achieved healthy aging(age>70 without chronic illness.) Higher intakes of fruits, vegetables, berries, whole grains, unsaturated fats, nuts, legumes and low-fat dairy products were linked to greater #BlueSky #MedSky #SciSky #NurseSky
